Fort Lauderdale, Florida – October 29, 2025 — European electric boating innovator Remigo will showcase its next-generation RemigoOne Neo electric outboard at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), marking its official U.S. launch. Visitors can see the compact, powerful new motor at Bahia Mar, Booth #1050.

The new RemigoOne Neo combines elegant, minimalistic design with enhanced performance and intelligent control features. With 1,500 W (1.5 kW) of peak power, NEO delivers the equivalent thrust of a 4-horsepower combustion outboard, but with whisper-quiet, zero-emission efficiency.
The Neo’s boost mode provides 60 seconds of additional power for getting underway in challenging conditions such as strong winds, tides, or when maneuvering a heavier boat. Users can reactivate the mode instantly for continuous operation at 1.5 kW if desired.
"The boost mode is a fantastic feature for boaters, offering an extra gear just when you need it, while reducing the potential impact on battery life," shared Peter Brechter, CEO of Remigo North America. "It’s great to be able to tap into a quick surge of torque and acceleration."
Weighing just 34 lbs. including its integrated 1085 Wh battery, the RemigoOne Neo is the lightest outboard in its class, ideal for sailboats, tenders, and dinghies up to 1.5 tons. Remigo’s signature blade-shaped aluminum housing maintains directional stability and improves maneuverability even when the motor is not running.

Its variable shaft length adapts easily to different transom heights, while the aluminum unibody construction ensures durability and easy handling. Leaving the detachable mounting bracket on the transom reduces the carry weight to just 29 lbs.
The Neo features an optimized propeller for quieter, more efficient thrust, and an optional handheld or tiller-mounted remote control. Charge from 0-100% in six hours with the included charger, or choose the optional fast charger, DC charger, or via solar or external batteries.
“We designed Neo for real-world boating,” added Brechter. “It’s powerful when you need it, light when you lift it, and simple enough for anyone to use.”
The RemigoOne Neo is available globally through Remigo’s network of distributors and dealers, or online at www.remigousa.com.
